Butlers Chocolate Experience

We would like to welcome you to the home of Butlers Chocolates and invite you to visit our newly opened Chocolate Experience and Butlers Chocolate Café.

A visit to the Butlers Chocolate Experience is a real treat for adults and children alike. There’s lots of interesting things to learn about the history of Butlers and chocolate from its origin in Mexico. Watch the factory in operation and see up close how our chocolates are created and how the chocolate making equipment works. Witness the techniques of chocolate decoration and then decorate your own chocolate bear to bring home!

After the tour, why not enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate at our onsite Butlers Chocolate Café, where you can also purchase chocolates to take home.

Guided tours run twice daily and need to be booked in advance.
